Steven J. Newton, esq.

Steven J. Newton began his legal career after graduating Cum Laude from the University of Tampa in 1990 and Mercer University’s School of Law in 1993.  After admission to the Florida Bar, Steve was a prosecutor in Florida assigned to misdemeanors.  After a year, Steve was promoted to felony division where he prosecuted almost every type of felony - including murder cases.

In 1999, Steve became a member of the Georgia Bar and opened his own practice in Atlanta, Georgia focusing on litigation.  Since then, Steve’s success in representing his clients have resulted in several million dollar plus recoveries.  Individuals and corporations now seek out his skill in a variety of litigation settings to include personal injury, medical malpractice, fraud, real estate litigation, insurance litigation, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duties.

Shuli L. Green, esq.

Shuli L. Green joined the firm as an associate in 2009. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Maryland in 1994 and graduated from American University, Washington College of Law, in May 1998. While at American University, Shuli served as a Note & Comment Editor for The ABA/American University Administrative Law Review.

Shuli specializes in civil litigation. For the past 13 years, Shuli has represented individual litigants, corporations and insurance companies. Her practice areas include insurance defense, business litigation, products liability, premises liability, catastrophic and personal injury, intellectual property, entertainment law, contracts, employment law, constitutional law, toxic torts, construction law, medical malpractice, professional liability and wrongful death.

Shuli was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1998. She is admitted to practice before all Georgia state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit where she has also served as a Staff Attorney.

Shuli is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Bar Association.

Shuli has been published in The ABA/American University Administrative Law Review and The Congressional Record (Fall 1997), with an article titled "Launching Trademark Law into Cyberspace: Should the Domain Name System be Federalized."
